1. Custom Orders – No Refunds or Exchanges
All custom orders are final. Due to the personalised nature of these products or services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is faulty or not as described under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Change of Mind
